1) You got a bouquet of roses or any flowers from a special someone; Or you just LOVE roses a whole lot and got some for yourself? (That would be awkward...)
2)You hate how roses have a short life span, since it only lasts for a couple of weeks and they wilt or droop down.
3)Roses are fckin EXPENSIVE and you finally got some. And since, they ARE expensive and beautiful you try to find out ways to keep them longer and not waste them.

So.. roses...they are beautiful and expensive and they really don't last that long...( As I already said up top...) So, for those who want to know if roses are able to last forever? The answer is YES and no... The reason for this is that they do die (obviously...), but they are able to keep their shape and never wilt or droop ever again. At least for what I know because I tried and heard of this experiment half a year ago and now my roses are exactly the same as that time after the experiment.. (Its like stopping time for roses.. hmm.. maybe I should have titled this post: "Stopping time... (for roses)" instead... Haha) Well, anyways this experiment is quite easy.. so its also good for the lazy people out there!! HOORAY!! Hahaha!! The first time I heard of this was from my close buddy. When we were picking out roses for her mother's birthday, she ended up getting 40ish roses; which represented her mother's age.. it was ALOT!!! and a huge bouquet!! At that time I didn't believe that roses are able to last FOREVER!! But I was WRONG!! It really could!! Well at least their outward appearance ish...Well to be honest the outlooks changes a bit, but after it changes it is still pretty and it would still look like a rose. Also, after it changes it stay like that FOREVER!!! so technically they are FOREVER ROSES!!
Okay!! Enough with the background and useless crap!( Hahah!! Those of you who are reading this is probably pissed and is like like common when is she going to start?! or get to the point) So.. LETS START!! For getting forever roses all you will need are:
-A ribbon or string strong and long enough to tie a bouquet of roses together and some extra.
-A place to hang them; preferably a place that is high enough that the roses wont be touching the ground and a place that is isolated from others touch... since roses are delicate. For me as you can see in the picture below I used a doorknob, it is not the best place to hang them. However, its fine if no one uses that door often.
So you guys probably guessed it all you have to do now is tie the roses together that you want to keep forever and hang them and wait...
How long do you hang them for? It really depends on your roses and your environment, so just hang them long enough until the roses are dried! My roses took about a week or so to dry but I was lazy to take them down so I left it there for a month or two!! (Haha I know. I'm lazy...)However, you can easily tell when you touch the roses it is hard and not soft. Also be careful when touching it, since the pedal or leaves may fall off.
So... when the roses are dried. To be honest.. it does change in colour, but still beautiful! OH OH OH!! Another tip is that if you don't fully dry the roses and put it in the vase it may still wilt!! SO REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY DRY THE ROSES!!! And if you do you will have roses like mine in the picture below!! Also, it might work for other flowers too not just roses. But I am not 100% sure because I have never tested it out yet.. but if you do, do tell me the results by commenting or responding to this post!( Haha dodo..) SO... now you will also have roses forever and ever and ever an ever and ever and ever!! (okay I will shut up now.. )
